We are so thankful God allowed this team to guide us through our adoption process!
The personal guidance and support provided by Cradled in Grace helped us to realistically manage our expectations throughout the adoption process.Their faith based approach and the patience they exhibited helped us through each step of our adoption. As an African American family seeking to adopt, we felt very comfortable discussing cultural issues that are often obstacles in adoption. We are so thankful God allowed this team to guide us through our adoption process!

With Cradled in Grace you feel like more than just a number!
After working with another agency for more than 2 years, and feeling like a number instead of people, we made the switch to Cradled In Grace. We IMMEDIATELY felt the difference! Kim and the whole team made sure we were part of every step of the process, educating us on things we didn't know (or may have been misunderstood about), having resources that have "been there" as support and guidance. No matter how many questions we asked, they were generous with their time and loving in their approach to all people in the adoption journey. Based on their engagement, we were able to make decisions that changed our adoption path and allowed us the blessing of bringing an amazing child into our family. We would not have the family we do without them.

The support and post placement resources provided were especially helpful!
I am so thankful for Cradled in Grace. We especially found their post placement resources and support helpful. We were feeling overwhelmed post placement. Through Cradled in Grace's partnership with Ashley Mitchell, we were referred for a one on one phone conversation. Ashley is a birth mom who speaks from her heart and is passionate about what she does. We felt so much more comfortable once we spoke with Ashley and came up with a a game plan for how to navigate my son's open adoption.

Kim was excellent to work with and helped guide us through our adoption
We actually only started working with Kim a week before she was able to assist us in a match! We had been working with another agency for over 2 years with a failed match. Kim was very knowledgeable and honest with us on our circumstance that had challenges in our situation. We now have a little boy that we were praying for and we can't thank Kim enough for all her help. We really wish we would have found Cradled in Grace sooner in our journey. I would definitely recommend Kim to other people in this journey.

Adopting through Cradled in Grace was much faster than expected!
Kim was wonderful to work with. What we liked the most about her is that she keeps her clientele list short, which made us feel like we were getting more specialized attention. She kept her word and stayed in constant contact with us whenever a situation arose. Once matched, she made it clear that she was available to us anytime with questions or concerns. We never once felt alone. She checked in with us during ICPC and sent encouraging messages and scriptures to help us through the long wait time away from our family. We would definitely recommend her services, and are hoping we can adopt through her again ourselves.

Cradled in Grace takes education to the next level
We entered the process thinking we had a strong foundation, but Cradled in Grace takes adoption education to the next-level. They challenged us to dismantle any preconceived ideas and equipped us to rebuild while embracing the complexity. There are so many voices out there speaking on adoption, and Cradled in Grace guided us in knowing how to filter through it all. They provided us with high-quality, easily-accessible tools and top-notch professionals who educated us in ways we had not found on our own. We are better advocates and stronger parents for our adopted child and her first family because of the education we received through Cradled in Grace.
Our consultant made herself available to us in ways we could not find in other places. She was a consistent voice of reason and truth, especially when things got hard. We knew we could trust her, and that more than anything, she was consistently fighting for us and our family through prayer. It was invaluable to have a consistent source of encouragement and counsel from someone who not only knew the in’s and outs of the process but knew our hearts and the details of our journey.
